Girls lacrosse: John Jay tops Greeley

The John Jay girls lacrosse team evened its record at 2-2 with a 15-9 win over Greeley on Monday at Greeley.

Lauren Murray and Kelsey Davey each scored four goals to lead the attack, with Sarah Lang finishing with three goals. Murray also had two assists, while Davey had one assist.

Hanna Bocklet had two goals and Emma Gorman and Delaney Spencer also scored.

Jilli Schell had two assists, with singles helpers from Hannah Wear, Jenna Yasgur and Molly O’Reilly.

Defensively, Renee Nouri had two caused turnovers and two ground balls, while Clare Hogan (six saves) and Natalie Reddy (two saves) combined for the win in goal.
